All payments made on the www.geovannyapparel.com website are encrypted using secure technology and card details will not be stored or visible to any Geovanny Apparel employee.

Payment process

The process you must follow to complete your purchase at Geovanny Apparel is very simple and consists of a few steps:

1. Select your product and the size that fits you, if you still do not know which size to choose, we recommend you see our size chart .
2. Once you have selected your product, add it to the shopping cart and press the " Finish order " button.
3. Immediately you will see a form within our page where you will be asked for your address, which will help us to send your original products.
4. Finally select your payment method, (the payment methods are as follows)

Payment Methods

• Credit or debit cards by PayPal: VISA, MasterCard and American Express directly from PayPal without the need to create an account.

• PayPal: credit or debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

• Buy Payment (cash payment): Oxxo, Seven 7, Copper, Extra, Elektra, Casa Ley, Chedraui, Telecom, Farmacias Benavides, Farmacias Esquivar and Farmacias ABC.

Shipping costs and times

• Shipping is free throughout Mexico on orders over $2,500.00 MXN (two thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 MN).

• When completing your order with us, you will receive an email with the breakdown and confirmation of your order and a second email which contains a button from which you can access your console and see the location of your product in real time. Keep in mind that this second email is only sent during business hours (Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 GMT-6). 

Promotional codes and gift cards

If you wish to use a promotional code, enter it in the promotional code box on the shopping cart page. The discount will be calculated automatically.

If you want to use a gift card, enter it on the purchase page and the discount will be calculated automatically. Gift card returns are not accepted.
